אזהרה לגבי שמירת זכויות יוצרים

זכות יוצרים היא הזכות הבלעדית לעשות ביצירה או בחלק ממנה שימוש כלשהו – העתקה, פרסום, ביצוע פומבי וכו’.

חוק זכות יוצרים, התשס”ח-2007 מגן על יצירה מקורית מכל סוג שהוא – ספרותית, אמנותית, דרמטית או מוזיקלית – המקובעת או מוטבעת באמצעי מוחשי: מחשב, דיסק, נייר וכו’, וכן על ביטוי של רעיון, תהליך ושיטת ביצוע, מושג מתמטי, עובדה או נתון וכן חדשות.
הגנת החוק ניתנת למשך חייו של היוצר(ים) וכן ל-70 שנה לאחר מותו.

החוק קובע את הכללים לגבי צילומים או העתקות אחרות של חומר המוגן בזכויות יוצרים. בתנאים מסויימים המוגדרים בחוק, ספריות וארכיונים מורשים לספק צילום או העתק אחר. אחד התנאים הללו הוא שהצילום או ההעתק האחר “לא ישמש אלא למטרת לימוד פרטי, הוראה או מחקר.”

אם קורא מבקש, או מאוחר יותר עושה שימוש בצילום או בהעתק למטרות החורגות מ”שימוש הוגן”, קורא זה עלול להיות חייב בגין הפרת זכויות יוצרים.
מוסד זה שומר לעצמו את הזכות לסרב לקבל הזמנת צילום, אם לדעתו מילוי ההזמנה כרוך בהפרת חוק זכויות יוצרים.
קראתי את ההצהרה לעיל ואני מסכים/ה לפעול בהתאם להגבלות המופיעות בה.
